House-Pro Inspections performs a variety of home inspections:
Contingency Inspection: Performed after a potential buyer has put a contract on a house and before closing. This inspection helps the perspective buyer make informed decision about the house and/or contract points prior to closing.
New Home/11-Month Warranty Inspection: Performed on a new house during construction, before final walk-through, or before the 11-month warranty walk through. No house is perfect, and it is better to find the problems before the Builders' Warranty expires.
Pre-Listing Inspection: Performed before the house goes on the market. This allows the seller to discover and fix any problems less expensively, before the house goes under contract.
Informational Inspection: Performed for people who would like to know more about their current house. This is good for individuals who have been in their house for a number of years, or are planning on doing renovations or purchased their house recently without a contingency inspection.
Renovation Inspection: Performed for people who have had renovation work to their home and want to verify that the work was done to current standards before the final payment is made.
